Creperie at Les Roches de Ham, Normandy

We love Les Roches de Ham, near Saint Lo in Normandy, and since the kids were little we've been coming here every summer to enjoy canoeing down the River Vire, pony trecking, cycling and walking along the river bank and even rock climbing. The highlight of any visit to this 300-foot escarpment is a meal of delicious hand-made gallettes at the most pictureque crêperie in Normandy. When the weather is fine, as it was in this video by Brendan Hart, it's the perfect destination for a light lunch - if it's raining then you can eat indoors and enjoy a glass of local apple cider!
